BOOKING CONDITIONS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking – they contain important information about your rights and obligations. When you click to confirm the booking, you are also confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions and you agree to be legally bound by them as they may be modified from time to time, and posted on our website.

SHUTTLE TRANSUNION passengers are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings should be made at least 72 hours beforehand. Also any modification to a booking, for example – changes to passengers, flight arrival or departure times, hotel or flight number changes, etc. must be made at least 72 hours beforehand.

Babies (0-2 years) must sit on an adult’s lap. Baby seats cannot be fitted into large vehicles.

The vehicles used for SHUTTLE services do not have ramps for wheelchairs so, in the case of wheelchair users, they must be able to climb up the steps into the bus.

Passengers are limited to TWO PIECES OF LUGGAGE EACH. In the case of extra luggage, SHUTTLE TRANSUNION must be informed at the time a booking is made – this includes sports equipment, wheelchairs, etc. A 9€ supplement per bicycle and golf bag will be charged. In the case of people arriving with undeclared extra luggage , we reserve the right to refuse to carry said baggage and if we do agree to carry it payment must be made before being transported. All baggage must be clearly labelled with the owner’s name and destination address.

When two or more people are included on the same booking, the person that makes the booking is deemed to be acting on behalf of the other members of the party and as such accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of each one of the group.

SHUTTLE TRANSUNION reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Neither the consumption of alcohol nor smoking is permitted on any of our vehicles.

On arrival at Palma airport arrival terminal, passengers should go immediately to the SHUTTLE TRANSUNION office to announce their arrival and advise staff if there are any problems, for example loss of baggage, etc. that can affect other passengers waiting time. If we are not advised of such delays, the SHUTTLE SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Payment must be made at the time a booking is made or in the SHUTTLE TRANSUNION office in Palma airport before getting on the bus.
